Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, role, project country and city, scope, stage and any budget direction or notes you choose to provide. You may attach plans, drawings or reference files.

Please submit only files you are entitled to share for a project review. Avoid including identity documents, payment information or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

We use your information to assess project fit, discuss requirements, prepare the next project step and communicate with you about your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Project drawings and attachments are for the project team’s review. They are not public website content. If a project later requires sharing with a supplier or other delivery participant, the relevant use should be agreed as part of the project process.

Website source information

We may save the page where your visit began, the referring page and campaign information supplied in the website link. This helps us understand how an enquiry reached NOVARTE. During a visit, this source information is kept in your browser’s session storage and sent with your project enquiry. You can still send an enquiry if session storage is unavailable.

A unique enquiry reference helps prevent duplicate submissions. Technical information may also be processed to operate the website and limit abuse.

Storage and access

Contact details and project files are stored using the website’s hosting services and made available to the NOVARTE project team for enquiry handling. NOVARTE operates from Foshan, China; your information may be processed outside your home country.

We keep project information for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry or deliver the agreed project, with any applicable record-keeping obligations considered.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing yongyan860@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if available so the team can locate the record. A deletion request may be subject to records needed for an active project or applicable obligations.

Optional files, budget information and phone details can be left blank. Required form details are used to review and respond to the enquiry.
